FINBANK s.a. is looking to recruit a highly professional and experienced Executive assistant to provide high level administrative and organizational support to Senior Management.
I. KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The main Responsibilities and functions assigned to the position are:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Office of the MD and DMD
Manage Executive Office external and internal communications
Manage MD and DMD's appointments, agendas, events and meetings
Coordinate MD and DMD's travel and accommodation arrangements
Conduct first review of departmental files (reports, FAM, memos, minutes, contracts, etc...) before submitting to the MD and DMD.
Coordinate and make preparations for all statutory meetings and ensure meetings are properly documented and filed.
Conduct follow up on implementation of Meeting recommendations and deliverables.
II. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years' relevant experience

Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to multi-task
