As part of its strategy of financial inclusion, Finbank has developed and launched specific technology based products that target the retail market segment. These products aim to help each customer to perform banking and non-banking transactions anytime through Pesaflash/ Finbank Kumuhana. The main innovation being the Pesaflash account which was the first account in the market that had no fees initially. The pesaflash account did not attract any ledger fees, funds transfer fees nor account opening fees. This is a symbol of the bank’s commitment to financial inclusion.
