The Department of General Resources Management in Finbank s.a. is looking for One well-motivated Senior Facility Technical Support Officer with technical skills, ability to detect and resolve on-time electrical issues, and time management skills to fill vacant positions.

I. KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities and functions assigned to the position are:

1. Facility Management

  • Overseeing any facility renovations, refurbishments and building projects;
  • Coordinating intra-office moves and assets movement;
  • Monitoring and supervising preventive maintenance contracts;
  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, cleaning and so on;
  • Managing and reviewing service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met;
  • Ensuring that branch facilities meet compliance standards and central bank regulations;
  • Supervising the management of assets held in bank facilities

2. Reporting

  • Plan for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements;
  • Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, contracts, expenditures, purchases and ensure cost-effectiveness;
  • Prepare reports related to compliance matters

 

II. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or any related field. At least five (5) years’ work experience in a related field.
